That part of Québec whose perimeter is described as follows:

Starting from a point situated in the Canton de Mitchell, at the intersection of the southwestern limit of the right of way of route No. 117 with the right bank of ruisseau Quinn;

Thence, in a general southeasterly direction, along the southwestern limit of the said right of way to the western end of the right of way of the new segment of route No. 117 situated to the northwest of Saint-Jovite;

Thence, in a southeasterly and northeasterly direction, along the southern limit of the right of way of the former segment of route No. 117 and proceeding with southwestern limit of the present right of way of route No. 117 to the left bank of rivière du Diable;

Thence, in a general northerly then easterly direction along that left bank to the line dividing lots 20 and 21 of Rang III, Canton de Grandison;
